Inari
The Inari are another group of Mythical Estalons that fall under the Spiritual classification, much like the Noctis Fae. However, unlike the Noctis Fae, the Inari are clearly Ajimon Ravuf, entities that can always be seen by the naked eye when they emerge from hiding. It is said that they roam the sands of the Voterala Desert under the cover of night, while during the daytime they vanish into the ancient pyramids scattered across the dunes. These structures are adorned with hieroglyphs that appear to date back to a time before most civilizations even existed. While it was previously believed that these pyramids were constructed by the Malavotins or Kalvamari, due to the glyphs showing a connection between the Inari and the Noctis Fae, further research suggests they may date back to the Dynasty of Murok Nad’Il, or possibly even earlier. These carvings depict the Inari as divine messengers of the Goddess Skylaros, implying that her influence predates even the rise of Malvata. The Inari are described as creations of the Goddess that walk the bridge between Sivanon-kyin, Rafuv-kyin, and other realms, guiding the Noctis Fae toward lost souls wherever death has touched, earning them the nickname "Soul Hunters".
The Inari are described as fox-like Estalons that represent a perfect balance between the Mortal and Spiritual Realms. Physically, they are relatively large, standing around 90 centimeters tall from paw to head, though this measurement remains an estimate rather than a confirmed value. They are most commonly seen in the Egyonia sub-region of the Voterala Desert, yet gaining the trust of an Inari is something only a few individuals in history have achieved. Those who have earned their trust are said to be marked by the Inari, forming a bond that allows them to perceive Spirits at all times, rather than only when they reveal themselves. Strangely, no predators approach them in any harmful way; observations have shown some creatures ignoring their presence entirely, such as the infamous Raviks, which have been seen rushing past them as if they did not exist at all.
