Jimbortan

  • One of the many fallen religions recorded within Astracel’s surviving archives is the Jimbortan Faith. It was once revered by the Miziy’kains of the Ja’itvi clan, members of the greater Dynasty of Murok Nad’Il. Many murals from every lost civilization we have found depict divine beings walking amongst us mortals, as if we had once shared the same homeland. And while each civilization had its own set of Gods, it is remarkable how each "clan", so to say, was a member of the founding Dynasty. According to some old scrolls we found, every civilization fell just before the age of Varon Calni. However, it is never shown or written, neither here nor in any other locations we have found so far, why this happened.

  • While we know of many fallen religions, this was the first one to be discovered, or well, discussed. Our findings were entirely thanks to the Shaoul Varon, who, similar to us, do not know what happened. But since they are directly born of Varon Calni, they do their utmost to guard and learn its secrets. At the request of the Shaoul Varon, we have divided the Astracelian year of 581 days into 13 months, named after the Delmari’kovun.

  • We are still working together with the Shaoul Varon, trying to uncover the secrets from before the zero year, whether for this religion or the next. While universal translators developed by the Lynxas work like a charm, they do not seem to have the same effect on the runes found here. While the Shaoul Varon can easily translate them for us, they do not leave their homelands for any occasion. Therefore, studying the ancient language of Reynixian has become a requirement for any Eldrane species wanting to become an archaeologist, adventurer, translator, etc.

The High Delmari’kovun

  • MedjoKarusZismonADelmari’kovun
  • Made up of thirteen supreme Gods, the Delmari’kovun holds the highest seat in the Jimbortan Faith. The Shaoul Varon have figured out the order of the Gods in terms of placement, giving us the order after which each month is named. Alongside the notations of each Delmarian were a few numerals, from which we have based the days within their month, as well as one specially noted numeral. These have become the basis for festivals, or days that already matched their now-official date.

01 · Eldoria: The Month of Love

  • Sa-HalianMedjoOpiaAEldoria
  • Eldoria was known as the Goddess of Love, as well as the sister of another Delmarian known as Sylvanor. According to the scripts we found, she is described as a wandering presence who left trails of warmth, compassion, and harmony wherever she stepped. They describe her with flowing pink hair that cascaded nearly to the ground, dressed in garments so impossibly delicate that her beauty silenced entire courts throughout the dynasty.

  • In modern belief, those born under her "hand" are said to be granted long, lucky lives with an innate gift for bringing comfort to others in times of hardship. Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Fervor Shiki, which focuses on emotions. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Eldoria’s case, these were the numerals 47 and 42. Because of this, we celebrate the Festival of Love, Jamari, from the 42nd until the end of her month on the 47th.

02 · Gwynthar: The Month of War

  • VokalKiraMedjoEnma
  • Gwynthar was known as the God and King of all Wars. The scripts we found describe him as a being of unyielding strength and iron resolve, yet his appearance, or rather the lack of it, defied all expectations. Rather than a towering, muscular warrior, he manifested as a small child, no taller than an average fourteen-year-old human. This contrast became his greatest advantage, as most opponents underestimated his true power, only learning the truth after it was already too late.

  • In modern belief, those born under his "hand" are said to possess exceptional strategic insight, along with unwavering willpower. Most people who fall under these classifications stand firm against the hardest trials, and have an easier time handling the Din Shiki, which focuses on sound. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Gwynthar’s case, these were the numerals 43 and 34. Because of this, on the 34th of his month, we organize many trials and challenges to test both intellect and strength across all Eldrane species under TGPT.

03 · Thalquor: The Month of the Moons

  • PisnonAIndur
  • Thalquor was revered as the God of the Twinshine Moons. According to the scripts we found, he is described as an enigmatic and deeply wise figure, one whose entire aura is wrapped in a cloud of mystery. They describe him as having a tall, slender stature, with short hair tinted in a soft blue-ish hue. He is dressed in garments with a truly extraterrestrial feeling, with some texts describing his attire as a ceremonial dress, while others clearly depict the tunic and trousers of a gentleman.

  • In modern belief, those born under his "hand" are said to be individuals who can sense the flow of time and possess the gift of prognostication. Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Eon Shiki, which focuses on time. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Thalquor’s case, these were the numerals 45 and 21. While no fixed holiday or event is held to celebrate his presence, a far rarer celebration is held called Pisnas Tril, which only happens roughly every 421 days.

04 · Vespara: The Month of Worlds

  • PavaliaBreineYgurNabi’ik
  • Vespara was known as the Traveling God of Worlds and the brother of another Delmarian known as Luneth. According to the murals that depict him, he is described as a true keeper of balance and overall protector of existence itself. They depict a young-adult man with silver-white hair resting at his neck, clad in a substance of radiant gold, whether this is his skin or armor above it, while holding a weapon strong enough to pierce the veil that shields the world from the radiant sun and the freezing stars beyond.

  • In modern belief, those born under his "hand" are said to be great builders and stabilizers. They have a gift for understanding balance and structure, and how both need each other to stay upright. Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Vortex Shiki, which focuses on gravity. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Vespara’s case, these were the numerals 44, 22, and 23. Because of this, from the 22nd through the 23rd, we celebrate the dual festival Calni A Tril.

05 · Luneth: The Month of Light

  • KalnKyin
  • Luneth was known as the Holy Goddess of Light and the sister of another Delmarian known as Vespara. The scripts describe her as a bringer of inspiration and fortune, radiating her presence wherever she went. She appeared as a young-adult woman with flowing silver hair reaching her lower back, and her eyes are described as golden, shining with a brilliance like the dawn itself. She wore garments of soft white silk, and together with her radiance, they shone so brightly that staring at them for too long could momentarily blind mortal eyes.

  • In modern belief, those born under her "hand" are said to be guided by sacred light throughout their lives, with a gift for extraordinary creativity. Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Twilight Shiki, which focuses on light and shadows. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Luneth’s case, these were the numerals 48 and 33. While there is no official event on the 33rd, many people celebrate the sun itself, with many traveling to the seaside to spend the day riding the waves, basking beneath the light, and honoring the radiance that illuminates their journey through life.

06 · Auroraen: The Month of the Oceans

  • SamaAEvon
  • Auroraen was revered as the Motherly Goddess of the Oceans, bringing a motherly presence wherever she went. While the other Delmarians have had both murals and scripts, we had no luck finding her murals, meaning we can only go off the scripts. They describe even the darkest and foulest of creatures remaining calm within her presence. And while there are no murals to support it, she was described as a truly unique deity, for she wore no clothes at all, believing that natural beauty was the purest form the eye could witness.

  • In modern belief, those born under her "hand" are said to have unmatched stamina, with the gift of ultimate endurance. They often become great athletes or even well-respected guardians of others, as one of the Shaoul Varon sayings goes: "Those who embody endurance, loyalty that does not betray, and the strength to protect may stand beside the Guardians of our World and are welcomed within our homeland." Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Tide Shiki, which focuses on water. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Auroraen’s case, these were the numerals 42 and 12. While there is no official event on the 12th, it is believed the waves echo her presence most strongly, making even the most aggressive Estalons grow unusually calm beneath her influence.

07 · Mystara: The Month of Spirits

  • SivanonVimaASivon
  • Mystara was known as the God and Father of Spirits, and the most enigmatic among the Delmari’kovun. Records describe him speaking to unseen presences beyond our own mortal perception, appearing to converse with empty air or gently stroke invisible beasts. Yet through the reflections of his eyes, a remarkable purple-pink-ish hue, those very same spirits could be seen as if they had always been there to begin with.

  • In modern belief, those born under his "hand" are said to carry hidden powers of immense potential, filled with the sacred gift to reshape the world itself. Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Succor Shiki, which focuses on healing. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Mystara’s case, these were the numerals 46 and 1. While there is no official event on the 1st, an unexplained phenomenon occurs where many spirits reveal themselves to mortal eyes at once, and spiritual entities come out of hiding.
  • SkyNote: Within Astracel, spirits are entities with phasing, intangible bodies, while spiritual entities are entities that possess mortal physical bodies. {Spirit Example: Spirafish. Spiritual Creature Example: Inari}.

08 · Sylvanor: The Month of Nature

  • IrtiNamsarXaraxiil
  • Sylvanor was known as the God of Nature and Forests, as well as the brother of another Delmarian known as Eldoria. In the same way she embodied love, scripts describe him as the representation of harmony. Unlike his sister, he is depicted as a younger-looking deity with short, cinnamon-colored spiky hair, wearing green garments seemingly designed to blend in with the most common types of Sylvanites across Astracel.

  • In modern belief, those born under his "hand" are said to be granted long, meaningful lives with an innate gift for bringing unity, drawing opposing forces together and binding them like the roots of a tree. Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Verdure Shiki, which focuses on nature itself. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Sylvanor’s case, these were the numerals 40 and 3. While there is no official event on the 3rd, all Eldranes honor the Shaoul Namsar Agreement, a pact declaring that all active conflicts must halt during the week surrounding this day, allowing the world a brief moment of peace during a time of war.

09 · Dracoria: The Month of Dragons

  • Sho’daefAriamsnhonKambiilPats
  • Dracoria was revered as the God of Dragons and the twin brother of another God known as Araz. He is described as the father of all draconic species across Astracel, and was known to encourage others to show affection toward the dragons he nurtured. He is depicted as a tall, beautiful man with silver-white hair streaked with black highlights, dressed in garments of a deep shadow color. Twin Gods are both born with the same domain, however, Dracoria always held a special place in his heart for dragons. Because of this, he became known as the God of Dragons, while his brother took their original domain claim.

  • In modern belief, those born under his "hand" are said to inherit a small fragment of his immense strength, along with the gift of courage. Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Spark Shiki, which focuses on lightning, Dracoria’s original domain. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Dracoria’s case, these were the numerals 49 and 49. While there is no official event on the 49th, all Eldranes celebrate their Estalons, caring for companions and offering food to wild creatures, honoring the bond Dracoria had with his dragons.

  • Among the fragmented archives, we found a historical moment describing the day Valorian rose to ascension and Dracoria introduced him to his "children". The text recalls how Dracoria could not stop gushing over the newborn hatchlings, repeatedly calling them "good boy" as they learned to fly for the first time.

10 · Caelum: The Month of Skies

  • HamalUxonJernianUsmaMedjoEnma
  • Caelum was known as the Lord of the Skies and the embodiment of Freedom. Murals depict him flying alongside numerous Estalons, moving among them as if he were one of their own. He is depicted as a youthful figure with bright blue hair reaching his neck, dressed in flowing white garments that mirrored the clouds themselves, while his most beautiful feature was the four angelic wings spanning multiple meters wide.

  • In modern belief, those born under his "hand" are said to carry a fragment of his blessing, the very gift of freedom itself, and the ability to truly live unbound, as if guided by the wind. Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Aether Shiki, which focuses on air. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Caelum’s case, these were the numerals 43 and 11. Because of this, we celebrate the holiday Hamal Tril on the 11th of his month, during which all companies that fall under the races united by TGPT cease business, encouraging individuals to explore the world and embrace liberation.

  • In one of the bookshelves, we found a scroll describing that his wings are a product of craftsmanship. The text describes Caelum asking Araz to craft a set of wings so he could traverse the heavens without relying on his divine power.
  • Skynote: While his wings allowed him to blend seamlessly with the creatures of the heavens, walking upon the earth made him instantly recognizable, because the wings could not be hidden away xD.

11 · Nyxar: The Month of Fire

  • KambillKari
  • Nyxar was revered as the Goddess of Fire and a member of the Kambian Kyin A Zismon. While murals depict her as a glowing young woman with flowing hair tinted in the colors of the dawn, scrolls tell of her being a rather shy woman, despite being one of the most powerful entities on the planet.

  • In modern belief, those born under her "hand" are said to possess immense inner strength that only awakens when it is truly needed, burning brighter than any of the others around them. Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Ember Shiki, which focuses on fire. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Nyxar’s case, these were the numerals 47 and 12. While no holiday is scheduled on her day, it is notable that a meteor shower appears every year around that date.

  • Some scrolls say she had a deep affection for another Delmarian named Dracoria, claiming she was the one who gifted his "children" the ability to control fire, so he would always remember her presence even when she was not there.

12 · Elysium: The Month of Dreams

  • SivanonNailon
  • Elysium was known as the Goddess of Dreams and the greatest visionary to have ever existed. Murals depict her wearing flowing garments in a color that can only be described as glowing teal, along with what appears to be a golden ring suspended behind her. Scrolls describe this ring as an artifact that would have allowed her to pierce Nail-kyin and glimpse the thoughts and visions of others.

  • In modern belief, those born under her "hand" are said to have the rare gift of making dreams become reality, as if they were predestined to happen. Most people who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Void Shiki, which focuses on spatial manipulation. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Elysium’s case, these were the numerals 45 and 18. Because of this, we celebrate the festival known as Nail Lil on the 18th of her month, which focuses on many theatrical plays inspired by dreams that individuals have recorded and shared.

13 · Valorian: The Month of Valor

  • RavufZimsaAVingjal
  • Valorian was known as the Risen Warrior of Valor and the first recorded being to ascend from mortality into divinity through knowledge, courage, and sheer unwavering strength. He is depicted as a young man with many battle scars and unkempt hair reaching down to his neck, colored in a silver-white hue that mirrored the steel he wore. He was clad not only in battle armor, but also wielded the legendary Sword of Farul as his weapon.

  • In modern belief, those born under his "hand" are said to inherit fragments of his bravery and leadership, with a gift to stand against darkness unwaveringly and inspire others in times of peril. Those who fall under these classifications have an easier time handling the Soil Shiki, which focuses on the solid ground itself. As explained above, each God had both a basic and a special numeral noted down on the mural or scroll they were found in. In Valorian’s case, these were the numerals 42 and 18. So, on the 18th of his month, we celebrate Shiin, a holiday honoring the heroic deeds of armies or even lone warriors, and the valor of those who fight to protect the world.

  • While he is named Valorian within the Delmari’kovun, our researchers believe his mortal name to have been Valmain Samarian, a name repeatedly discovered in the same fragmented archives surrounding Valorian. Scrolls also describe him becoming great friends with numerous Gods, whether part of the Delmari’kovun, Kambian Kyin A Zismon, Alemaron Tril, or numerous other factions. He obtained a special kind of friendship with the Gods Dracoria, Araz, Nyxar, Puril, Gwynthar, Hanea, Hiraya, and Ma’ak, with this group often being described as Cavulon Ravufon.

Other Gods recorded in the Jimbortan Faith.

Araz: The Oldest Twin of Lightning

  • DawnonAIyis
  • Araz was revered as the God of Lightning and Destruction, as well as the twin brother of Dracoria, one of the Delmari’kovun. He is remembered as the oldest deity recorded to date within the Jimbortan Faith. During his lifetime, he was said to have shared a deep and special bond with his brother, even playing with his brother’s "children". He is depicted as an ancient man with long, silky iron hair flowing down his back and a thin moustache that nearly matched half its length.

  • Scrolls describe his gentle nature, often teaching mortals his personal fighting styles and, on rare occasions, allowing them to channel fragments of his divine authority through their bodies so they might briefly feel the presence of true divinity. In his later years, he became a member of the Kambian Kyin A Zismon, where he, together with Nyxar, Puril, and Ma’ak, forged the Sword of Farul, imbuing a portion of their divine authority within the sword.
  • {SkyNote: Shiki did not exist yet}.

Puril: The Dead Flame of Purgatory

  • AjimeUxonASintruk
  • Puril was known as the Goddess of Death, Blood, and the Empress of the Underworld. She is remembered as a deity who, despite ruling an entire realm, spent most of her time below in the mortal world instead. Scrolls suggest she held a deep fascination with mortal operas and theatrical plays, particularly those that reenacted the historic deeds of the Gods and the civilizations that came after them. In almost all murals, she is depicted in a vast blood-red gown adorned with black accents, and ghost-white hair that contrasted so sharply that the blood of her "victims" seemed to glow.

  • Though feared by many, she was not needlessly cruel; in truth, she was similar to the Earth term "Grim Reaper". Some mortals, however, were not "slaughtered" by her hands. Instead, they were chosen to become part of her household, bound like slaves and unable to leave due to their own actions while they were alive. During the forging of the Sword of Farul, her role lay in the creation of the blade’s material itself. In exchange, she forged a contract with the other members of the Kambian Kyin A Zismon: should a soul that lacks perfect balance attempt to wield the sword, their body would burn to ash, and their soul would fall into her "household" to be shaped as she desired.

Ma’ak: The Scroll Keeper

  • OniyaImbalon
  • Ma’ak is known as the God of Wisdom, Knowledge, and Intelligence. He is recorded as a deity with a memory like no other, one who remembers all and teaches all. He spent most of his time in libraries across the world, teaching mortals about the history of Astracel, the formation of our universe, and the many worlds beyond it. He is one of the few Gods of whom we have found no murals, and the scrolls only limit our understanding of his divine authority.

  • While not much is known about Ma’ak, it is depicted that he was a member of the Kambian Kyin A Zismon, and one who forged the Sword of Farul together with three other Gods. It is described that the power he invested within the sword allowed its user to be granted not only a portion of Ma’ak’s own divine authority, but also the memories of its past wielders. In short, it granted the wielder of Farul the knowledge and power of all those who came before them.

Hanea & Hiraya: Harmonic Arts

  • LaistAEne
  • Hanea and Hiraya are known as the Sisters of Resonance and Melodies. Hanea is recorded as the deity of Sound and Music, while her sister Hiraya is described as the deity of Poetry and Rhymes. Together, they are said to have given every species, every natural phenomenon, every unnatural phenomenon, and everything outside of those categories a sound, a way to create that sound, a way to form different sounds, and a way to combine them, just as the sisters complete one another. Every Estalon, every Sylvanite, and every sound across Astracel is said to have been granted by them, giving all things the means to express themselves through waves of vibration that others can hear.

  • Unlike some of the previous deities, they are depicted across many murals, always in the same forms. One of them is dressed in white harmonic garments that flow with the beat of sound, with hair that reflects the grass and all that lives among it. The other is dressed in a white rhythmic pattern that follows a set structure woven into the clothing itself, with hair that reflects the clouds in the sky and all that lives within them. While we are unsure which depiction represents which sister, we are certain that these two figures are Hanea and Hiraya.

  • According to some of the scrolls we have uncovered, both sisters were deathly afraid of water. While neither of them ever gave a reason, the Miziy’kains believed it was because sound travels faster underwater than above it, creating a shift in its velocity that they could not keep up with and disrupting their rhythm.
